Shipping & Return Policy

Last updated: 11/26/24. These policy complements and incorporates by reference Blue Works Studios Terms of Service.

SHIPPING

  • Domestic Orders: Standard $25 shipping for all other domestic orders. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.
  • International Orders: Only select Blue Works Studios Collaborations are eligible for international shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and up to 30 business days for delivery. Customers are responsible for all import taxes or custom duties on international shipments and your package may be held at your local post office for tax/duty payments. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, if you have questions about any additional charges you may incur please get in touch with your local customs office.

*Shipping delays may occur if payment cannot be processed or verified. Some credit card issuing banks may place a hold on payment if the billing information is inaccurate, or if the billing and shipping addresses are different.

 RETURNS

  • Online Returns:  All sales are final and not eligible for return. Products that are not eligible for return are marked as 'FINAL SALE' on the online product pages. Product marked ‘FINAL SALE” is sold as-is and are non-refundable. ‘FINAL SALE’ products returned to Blue Works Studios cannot be refunded or reshipped. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with any returns. This includes any online orders returned as undeliverable by a mail carrier and any orders directly returned by you, even if the package has not been opened. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  We do not accept or assume responsibility for the loss of or damage to returned item while in transit.
  • After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned product and whether or not your return has been approved for a refund. We have the right to deny a refund if your return product does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • All approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.  If your refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit card is processed for it to post to your account.

 

 

 

  • Return Shipping: Contact our customer service team at cs@blueisback.nyc for assistance with all returns.
  •  
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you were notified that your return was accepted and you have not received your refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, it can take up to 10 Business Days for refunds to post.  Refunds processed through PayPal may take up to 30 days to post. 
  • If you have waited the applicable number of days noted above, checked with your bank or credit card company and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@cncpts.com.

 

  • Defective, Damaged or Wrong Product: Should you receive defective, damaged or the wrong product, please email our customer service team at cs@blueisback.nyc and include photo(s) of the product before you start the return process. All approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If your refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is processed for it to post to your account.
  • Exchanges: ‘FINAL SALE’ product is sold as-is and is not eligible to exchange.
  • Special promotion and limited edition products are not eligible for return or exchange.  

 

  • Any exception or changes to these policies are at the sole discretion of Blue Works Studios.
